Privacy Policy

CleanlyX · Package name: com.cleanlyx.cleaner

Effective date and last updated: September 3, 2026

Privacy at a glance. CleanlyX scans files, media, installed-app information, and selected notification data on your device to provide the features you request. We do not upload your files, media, installed-app inventory, or notification content to our servers, and we do not sell them. The app uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, messaging, installation attribution, and user-requested network information; those services may receive the limited data described below.

This Privacy Policy explains how Zoya Organics ("Zoya Organics," "we," "us," or "our") accesses, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the CleanlyX Android application (the "App"). It also explains your privacy choices and rights. This Policy applies only to CleanlyX and not to third-party apps, websites, or services.

1. Information CleanlyX accesses or processes

Files, folders, and media on your device

When you choose storage-cleaning, large-file, document, APK, audio, video, photo, or similar-file features, CleanlyX may access file names, paths, types, sizes, timestamps, media metadata, thumbnails, and file content needed to identify and display relevant items. The scan and comparison process occurs on your device. Files and media are not uploaded to Zoya Organics, Google Analytics, or advertising partners. CleanlyX deletes an item only after you select it and confirm the deletion. Deletion may be permanent.

Installed-app inventory

With the disclosure and access required by your device, CleanlyX may read information about installed apps, such as app name, package name, icon, installation information, APK size, and whether an app is a system app. This supports the Installed Apps, uninstall-management, and app-related device-management features. The installed-app inventory is processed locally and is not sold, uploaded, or shared for advertising or analytics. If you do not allow this access, the displayed list may be incomplete.

Notification access

If you voluntarily enable Android notification access, Android allows CleanlyX to access notifications and related information made available to a notification-listener service. CleanlyX uses the source app/package information to display apps, count notifications locally, and dismiss notifications from apps you select. Selected app names, package names, and local notification counts may be stored on your device. CleanlyX does not transmit notification content or the list of selected apps to Zoya Organics, advertising partners, or analytics services. You can revoke notification access at any time in Android Settings.

Device and network information

CleanlyX processes device status information such as Android version, device model, storage and memory status, battery information, screen characteristics, network type, and connection performance to provide device-information and diagnostic features.

When you start Connection Check, the App contacts IPinfo over HTTPS. The request necessarily discloses your public IP address to IPinfo, and IPinfo may return your IP address, approximate city/region/country and coordinates, network provider, and time zone for display in the App. CleanlyX holds this response in memory for the active feature and does not store it on Zoya Organics servers. The connection test may also contact a Google network endpoint to measure latency; that endpoint can receive normal network connection information such as your public IP address.

App activity, diagnostics, and identifiers

CleanlyX uses Google Firebase services. Depending on the service and your settings, Google may process app interactions (such as launches, feature use, permission outcomes, notification and advertising events), app version, device model and operating-system information, timestamps, IP address, Firebase installation identifiers, crash traces, and diagnostic data. We use this information to understand aggregate use, operate remote feature settings and messaging, detect errors, and improve stability. Crash reporting is disabled in debug builds but may operate in release builds.

Installation attribution

The App uses Google Play Install Referrer to understand how the App was installed. Referral source, medium, campaign, relevant click/installation timestamps, and whether an advertising click identifier was present may be processed and sent to Firebase Analytics. CleanlyX also stores a local paid/organic attribution classification and related ad-interaction counters. This information is used for attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and controlling the App's advertising flow.

Advertising data

CleanlyX uses Google AdMob to display app-open and interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad impressions, clicks and other interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. Subject to applicable law, your consent choices, and device settings, these services may use data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalized advertising. We receive advertising performance and revenue reports but do not receive your files, installed-app inventory, or notification content for advertising.

Information you provide

CleanlyX does not require an account. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

4. When information is disclosed

We do not sell your personal and sensitive data. We disclose limited information only as follows:

Service providers are permitted to process information for the described services and under their own terms and privacy obligations. Their practices are described in the Third-party services section.

5. Personalized ads and privacy choices

Google may serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on applicable law, available consent signals, your region, and your Google or Android advertising privacy settings. Where required, you may be presented with a consent or privacy-options message and may withdraw or change eligible choices through that message or the App's privacy-options entry point. You can also manage or delete the Android advertising ID and control ad privacy topics through your device's Privacy or Ads settings.

In some jurisdictions, personalized advertising may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising." You may opt out through the available consent/privacy controls or by contacting us. We do not use your files, media, installed-app inventory, or notification content to personalize ads.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of the service you request; your consent, which you may withdraw; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, measuring, and improving the App, balanced against your rights; and compliance with legal obligations. Advertising personalization and access to optional sensitive device data are based on consent where required by law.

7. Data retention and deletion

CleanlyX does not provide user accounts. You can delete locally stored App data through Android Settings or by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of data controlled by Zoya Organics, email zoyaorganiks@gmail.com with the subject "CleanlyX Privacy Request." We may need limited information to verify and locate the relevant records. We will act within the period required by applicable law, normally within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Network requests controlled by CleanlyX use encrypted HTTPS where supported, and sensitive scan data is designed to remain on the device. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data processing

Google, IPinfo, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; and receive a portable copy of eligible data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

11. Children's privacy

CleanlyX is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

12. Third-party services

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice in the App when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
